NHK World Radio Japan (via Issoudun)

NHK World Radio Japan, transmitting from Issoudun, was logged on 8th of July, 2015. It was monitored from 9:20 - 9:40 UTC, and it was on 15290 kHz.

As Issoudun is relatively close to my QTH (maybe 1500 km or so), and it uses the power of 500 kW, it is pretty much logical that SINPO would be 55555.

Various talk and commentary on Japanese was observed during my listening. Reception report was emailed the same day.
