Russian and Spanish text from VOA Radiogram this weekend

Hello again,

Although this weekend's VOA Radiogram will be a test of the UTF-8 capabilities of the new AndFlmsg 1.2 app, you are also welcome to decode the program using Fldigi on a desktop or laptop PC.

For the Russian and Spanish text to display correctly, in Fldigi: Configure  > Colors & Fonts > Rx/Tx Character set to UTF-8.

From listeners in Europe (the farther east in Europe the better), I would appreciate mp3 recordings of the VOA Russian portion of this weekend's program.

The next VOA Radiogram is soon at 1600 UTC on 17870 kHz.
